If you would like a live demonstration of the e-consultation hub, contact the Planning Portal now. One of the portal's Regional Account Managers can visit you at your office to give and colleagues a live demonstration of the hub and talk you through how the service works. You'll even be supplied with your own test log-in details for accessing the service so that you can become accustomed to the hub before you sign-up.

1/10/08 - The Hub Trial Ends Today

The official trial of the e-Consultation Hub ends today and we would like to thank everyone who has participated in the trial over the last three months. We have gathered a lot of detailed results and feedback throughout the trial, which will prove invaluable in our analysis of the Hub's operation and will influence ongoing improvements to the system.

Our first look at this feedback suggests it has been a real success which could not have been achieved without your help. Following our analysis and meetings with participants we will be publishing a full report.

In the meantime if you participated in the trial please continue to use the Hub. However, if you missed out on the trial then contact your account manager to discuss how soon we can help you start benefiting from using the Hub for your consultations.
