The following guidance relates to appeals submitted before 6 April 2009

If you are thinking about appealing against the decision of the council or their delay in deciding your application, this guide will explain what you have to do. It will also help you if the council have issued an enforcement notice on land or buildings which you have a legal interest in, and you want to appeal against that.

This guide has three sections:
