Sending it in

You must make sure that The Planning Inspectorate receive copies of all the relevant documents (their address is on the appeal form).

You must also send a copy of the appeal form direct to the local planning authority (LPA), with copies of any documents or plans you are sending to The Planning Inspectorate that the LPA haven't already got.

You need to show clearly where the site is by sending a location plan, using a street map or a 1:10,000 Ordnance Survey map.
