Postal submissions
You can choose to submit your supporting documents by post - though we would prefer you to send them to us via our online facilities or by e-mail wherever possible.

If you do choose to send supporting documents to us by post, please ensure that you supply a list of the documents enclosed, indicate which Section of the appeal form the documents relate to i.e. Essential Supporting Documents number 1 etc. Your covering letter should also include the appeal reference number, if this isn't known please give the name of the appellant and the appeal site address. Documents sent to us in the post that are accepted may be scanned into our system and published through the Planning Casework Service. If you are submitting comments by post and do not want us to publish personal details, please do not include them in your letter. Provided that your name is on the document, so we know who it came from, there is no need to include your signature. Everything submitted to us will be checked to ensure that it contains nothing that is libellous or racist. Any that do will be returned to the author. If the offending part is removed, the document can be resubmitted, provided that this is done within the relevant time limit. |
