Right of Appeal

Not everyone has the right to appeal.

There is no right of appeal for interested people or organisations (known as 'third parties') in England and Wales.

Enforcement appeals

Anyone who has an interest in the land that is the subject of an Enforcement Notice may appeal against it.

There is no right of appeal against a breach of conditions notice.

Lawful Development Certificate appeals

Only the applicant for a Certificate can make an appeal. 

Planning appeals

Only the applicant for consent or permission can make an appeal.
