Payment Engines
If you are unable to connect to a payment engine, once you have selected the online payment option, please contact us including the above information.
However, if you experience a problem whilst using the payment engine you will need to contact the local planning authority (LPA) as we only provide a link to the payment engine.

Online Appeals
If you have a technical problem with the online appeals/Planning Casework Service (PCS) section of the Portal, please visit the 'Help with the PCS' page. You can also contact the PCS team by email or by phone on 0117 372 6372.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Planning Portal Service Management Team is continually looking to refine and improve our customer service. If you would like to tell us what you think of the service we have provided or ways that we can improve then please complete our customer satisfaction survey (customer satisfaction surveys are automatically e-mailed out when an incident raised with the service desk is closed).
