Submitting

We strongly advise that you save your appeal form before trying to submit it.  That way if anything goes wrong, you won't need to start again from scratch.  See advice on saving the form.

When you click on the button to submit your appeal, the information on the form will be sent to the Planning Inspectorate.  This may take a few moments.  Please only click on the button once.

Do not click on the 'Back' button of your browser to try again if there seems to be a delay.

*Submission time

If you wait more than 5 minutes for the submission to complete, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0117 372 6372 to let them know.  They will check to see if your appeal has been received.  If it has not, you will need to try again.  They will offer you advice about what the problem may have been so it does not happen again.
