Recording the Local Planning Authority Details
When searching for the LPA, you do not need to worry about the exact name - a shortened version may be used, see below:

Click on the "LPA Finder" button. The LPA name will be added to the field in full or if there is more than one option, a list will be displayed. Select the appropriate LPA by clicking on the Select button.

Continue to enter the rest of the details: LPA’s application reference, date of the planning application and the Date of the LPA’s decision notice (if the LPA failed to issue a decision within the time period allocated, please leave this field blank).
