Choose country and language preference
If the site affected is the same as the appellant’s address, click on the Yes button, the details will be completed automatically using the information provided in the appellant’s details section at the top of the form. The grid reference fields will also automatically be completed.

If the site address is not the same as the appellant’s, or if you have not recorded an address because there is an agent for the appeal, click on the No button. The following question will be displayed “Does the appeal relate to an existing property?”
If the answer is Yes, the following screen will be displayed:

Enter the Property name or number and the Postcode and click on the Address Finder button to search for the site address.
If there is more than one address for the postcode a list will be displayed. Click on the select entry button to select the appropriate address. If there is only one address for the postcode the details will be completed automatically.

If the appeal relates to a new development click on the No button, the following screen will be displayed:

Enter the site address details.

If the Address Finder facility was used to complete the site address, the Grid Reference section of the form should be filled in automatically.
If the site address was entered manually, the Grid Reference will need to be recorded. If the details are unknown, you can use the Grid Reference Finder to locate the grid reference.
