Entering the Description of the Development

If the description of the development has changed since the original application was submitted to the LPA, click on the Yes button.  Record the new wording in the box provided.

We also require a copy of the LPA’s agreement to the change in the development description.

If you have this in electronic format, click on the ‘this document’ button and you can then use the Browse facility to search for documents which have been stored on your computer.  Using the Browse button locate the correct file for the LPA’s agreement to change the development description. Double click on the name of the document to attach it to the form.

If the document is in paper format click on the “to follow” button (please ensure the document is sent to us – quoting the appeal reference which will be displayed when the form is submitted successfully).

If the development has not changed since the original application was made, click on the No button and record the development description as stated on the original application form.

Tell us the area of the whole appeal site in hectares and/or the area of the floor space.

Please note: You do not need to provide the area of the appeal site in hectares for changes or alterations to existing buildings.
