Grounds of Appeal
The grounds of appeal can be recorded in the box provided or alternatively can be uploaded using the browse facility.
Note: For Planning appeals, there aren’t any set Grounds, but for Enforcement appeals there are. For those, you will need to decide which ones you are pleading, and provide supporting facts for each.

The browse facility can be used to search for documents which have been stored within a personal folder on your computer. Use the Browse button and locate the folder in which your grounds of appeal document has been stored, and double click on the name of the document.
