Saving the Partially Complete Appeal form

We recommend that you always save a copy of the appeal form whether the form is partially completed or complete.  Please read the notes carefully before clicking on the ‘Save partially completed form’ button.

Saving the partially completed form

The following prompt will be displayed:

Click on the Yes prompt to continue

To save the appeal form, click on the “File” and “Save as” options within your browser as below:

Click on the Yes button.

Select a place to save the appeal form and ensure you click on the Save button now.  If you do not click on the Save button the form will not be saved to your computer.

Please note: The save facility will only save a copy of your appeal form and NOT the attachments you may choose to upload.  This is because the documents are already stored on your computer.

If you want to return to the form to complete it later, the Save page can be closed.
