Before you submit the appeal, please ensure you read the information in the submit box. When you are sure that you have completed the form correctly, click on the ‘Submit’ button, the form will be checked.

Once you have corrected the problem we suggest that you re-save your form and then click on the Submit button again.

When you click on the ‘Submit’ button, the following screen will be displayed:

This screen gives information about Data protection and our Privacy statement. It also outlines what will happen once the appeal has been submitted successfully. This is your last opportunity to make any changes to the form. If you want to change anything, click on ‘Cancel’, otherwise, click on the OK button to complete the submission.

If you are submitting the form without attachments, it should take less than a minute to submit.
Attachments will add to the time it takes - the more attachments, the longer it will take.
However, unless you try to send us a very large number of documents, submission shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes. If the 'Please wait' message is displayed on your screen for longer than that, please call our Customer Services Team on 0117 372 6372 to check whether we have received the appeal.
