Avoiding duplication

Aim:

To reduce the weight of evidence submitted in relation to appeals, by eliminating duplication.

Advice:

At statement stage, please do not send us copies of any documents that you have already submitted, or that were sent to us by the local authority with their questionnaire.  You could include a list of such documents that you consider appropriate to your case as an appendix to the statement if you wish.
