Starter level

Local authorities are asked to confirm the level at which they would like to start co-operating with the Portal by signing a co-operation agreement.

LPAs also need to complete a data capture form which contains all the information required to set-up hyperlinks between the Portal and the LPA website. You can access the form here.

Completing the data capture form also allows the Portal publish LPA contact details on the website.

Please print off, sign and fax both sides of the attached agreement back to us on 0117 372 8804 and email the completed data capture form to karen.cheriton@planningportal.gsi.gov.uk

This completes the sign-up to 'Starter' level.

Advanced or Integrated level

If a local authority elects to choose 'Advanced' or 'Integrated' co-operation levels the LPA will be invited to send appropriate staff for induction training.

The dates and locations of induction courses being held in your area will be sent within two weeks of receiving a signed co-operation agreement.
