Online Payment Engine suppliers

A fundamental part of the process of submitting online planning applications is the ability to be able to pay for the application online once the fee has been calculated.

The Portal has published an Application Program Interface (API) for Payment Engines which has been shared with all of the major suppliers of payment solutions to the local government market.  

Payment Engine suppliers who have so far met the required standards and therefore become accredited are:

• Anite PARIS (ideal Technology Services)
• BillPay (Alliance & Leicester)
• The Big Oxford Computer Company (BOCC) Ltd.
• BT Buynet
• Bucks Net
• Capita Software Services (Academy)
• Civica Financial Systems Ltd.
• WorldPay

A number of other Payment Engine suppliers are currently in the process of gaining accreditation.
