201 Stakeholder Engagement is organised currently through several channels. This first section of this Annex lists the current programmes and projects which are addressing stakeholder engagement - each one in its own way and for its own purposes.
The E-Planning Programme Board
202 This is a new Board that has been formed to drive the e-Planning Programme. It is possible that this Board could serve as the Stakeholder Focus Panel - this needs to be considered in terms of appropriate accountabilities. Suggested terms of reference and responsibilities are set out in Annex E. Current membership is:
The Planning Portal
203 The Planning Portal has been engaging stakeholders over the past 3-4 years. The approaches adopted have been sound and best on good practice. The segmentation of stakeholders is shown in the table below, and the ways in which they were addressed in contained in a Marketing and Communications Plan.
