Please note that supplies of the hard copy PCS1 and PCS2 leaflets are running low.  We will not be reprinting them.  However, we are providing them for download in PDF format for your use:

We would like local authorities to:

  • enclose one of the PCS2 leaflets with each Enforcement Notice and Lawful Development Certificate decision sent out, and
  • enclose one of the PCS1 leaflets with every appeal notification letter. 

Leaflet PCS4 - 'Your Guide to Appeals Online' - can be made available in your Planning Reception area.
