The PCS4 leaflet has been designed for local authorities to encourage use of the Inspectorate's online appeals service.  The leaflet can be enclosed with decisions on Planning, Lawful Development Certificate and Advertisement applications, and Enforcement Notices.  They can also be made available in your Planning reception area.
