Make appeals visible

Local authorities can make appeals in their area visible by linking to the Planning Casework Service Search facility.

To use the facility:

• Go to the Case Search page
• Enter the name of your authority in the Local Planning Authority field (eg Elmbridge)
• Click on the LPA Finder button
• Select a particular type of case from the Case Type drop down list if desired
• Click on the More button
• Enter the current month and year in the Month received fields
• Click in the +/- 1 month box if desired
• Click on the Search for cases button

A list of the cases received in the selected period, matching any selected case type, and accepted as valid by the Planning Inspectorate, will be displayed.

Details of the individual cases can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink in the Case Reference column.
