Once again the optimum way of achieving this is by the web enabled interrogation of the back-office system which allows search fields including decision date.
Alternatively, a weekly decision list can be created similar to the weekly plans list, this would need to be updated regularly (at least weekly) and state when it was last updated.
In addition, full decision notices could also be made available to view, either as an electronic image generated by the back-office system or a scanned image.
It is up to the individual authority to decide whether users are able to print out the notice or not.
