10. Allow users to view committee meeting schedules, agendas and minutes online

Committee meeting schedules, which are agreed at council meetings once a year (in May), can be posted on the council's website with a link from the planning pages.

If this is not possible, the planning department should publish at least the next upcoming committee date.

Agendas for these meetings should also be made available so that people are aware of what each meeting plans to cover.

* For best practice, make minutes of meetings available online as well.  If they need to be agreed at the next meeting, the minutes should be published as soon as possible and within a week at the latest.

If the minutes are provided by a department other than planning there should be a clear link from the planning pages.
