15. Allow users to attach drawings/documents to an online application

Applicants can attach electronic documents and drawings when submitting online applications. Guidance on the online process should be given.

Alternatively, your authority can partner with the Planning Portal to achieve this. 

For this option, the authority must be at Advanced level or above.
