Saving the Questionnaire

You can use the Save facility at any time up to the submission of the completed form.

Once the questionnaire is complete we recommend that you save the partially completed form just before you submit the questionnaire - just in case there are any problems with the submission.

Please note: this facility does not save any attachments - as you already have them stored.

This facility can be particularly useful if more than one person within the council contributes to the completion of the Questionnaire.  Once it has been saved, the 'Save' file can be e-mailed from the first person to the second, and they can then open the save file, resume work on the appeal and either submit it, or save it again in updated form and e-mail it back to the first person to submit.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the ‘save partially completed form’ button:

Once you have clicked on the button, the following message will be displayed:

Click on the Yes button to continue saving the form.  The following screen will be displayed:

The questionnaire has not been saved simply by clicking on the Save partially completed form button.  You must use the functions of your browser.

To save the questionnaire, click on the File and Save as options within your browser as below:

The following prompt maybe displayed:

Click on the Yes button.  The following screen will be displayed:

Select a place to save the form and ensure you click on the Save button.

If you want to return to the form and complete it at a later date, the save page can be closed.

To continue working on the questionnaire, click on the “Continue with appeal” button.
