Online Comments Tutorial

Introduction

The online comments facility allows the submission of any document related to appeal – other than the appeal form itself and the LPA questionnaire for which specific facilities exist.  However, the comment facility can be used to submit any documents that should have been attached to either of those but weren’t.

The comments facility is available until the case is decided, and then the link is removed from the case summary screen.  The comments form has been specifically written to be completed online, not to be printed and completed by hand.
