The core service offering is around document management and processing. Graphic Data manages complex business process outsourcing solutions, using imaging solutions to automate paper centric tasks – taking paper out of the equation and providing electronic workqueues.

Graphic Data has been providing off-site processing of client documents since 1973. It has consistently been an innovator in the industry and now provides a full set of document processing and records management services. Its systems and expertise have also been used by many leading outsource providers to support the implementation of large document management solutions in all industry sectors. These have often been combined with other service lines to provide a seamless end user service and experience.

Services

Imaging (Scanning) services

Graphic Data converts c. 45 million documents per annum to digital form. Originals scanned range in size from A0 documents to microfilm and fiche images.

Graphic Data provides both on going front office scanning serevices, as well as undertaking significant large volume back file conversions for major public and private sector organisations.

Records management

Graphic Data provides physical document storage, scan on demand and records management services. Graphic Data currently manages over 25 million files for a range of clients.

A secure data-centre provides thousands of users with access to hosted Internet repositories enabling remote (authorised) viewing of archived images, requesting of documents for electronic review (scan on demand), and access to documents in workqueues that require actioning

Digital Mailroom

To receive, open, sort, prepare and scan incoming mail. Graphic Data handles some 15 million items per annum. Automated processes capture, validate and process information before it and the associated images are transferred electronically to client’s systems.

Purchase Invoice Processing (PIPS)

PIPS is a hosted solution that automates the e2e processing of  purchase invoices.

PIPS converts documents into automated business workflows. It allows organisations to cut costs by around 40% and achieve significant efficiency gains whilst avoiding capital outlay and risk. Combining advanced technology and highly skilled personnel, PIPS automates the whole purchase invoice process, from receipt to payment. We provide a complete purchase-to-pay (P2P) ‘route map’ via a hosted invoice approval platform. Rich in functionality and highly flexible, our solution supports three-way matching, as well as a providing a web-based workflow for simple query resolution.
