Services
Planning - Development Control
Civica offers an number of Planning EDM and Workflow modules to over 40 customers within England and Scotland which includes data synchronisation and hot key integration to several Planning back office systems including CAPS UNI-form, Ocella, X-Assist, Northgate Planning Solulutions - i-Plan, M3, 20/20. Looking to establish similar integration to Innogistic and Plantech in coming months as currently we only have data synchronisation routines in place.
Further modules Enforcements and Appeals are being scoped at present. This will also extend to include TPO and Listed Buildings within the next 6-12 months.
Civica Planning Interactive
Civica offers a Planning Interactive product which allows the publication of documents online. A PDF module can be used to display the images or alternatively customers can utilise integration between Civica and View Portal software allowing documents to be viewed in a standard browser offering image manipulation tools for online consultations.
Building Control
Civica offers a Building Control EDM and Workflow module to over 20 authorities with integration to CAPS UNI-form, Ocella, X-Assist, Northgate i-Plan, Northgate M3, Northgate MVM 20/20.
Civica will be scoping additional Demolitian and Infrastructure modules in the next 6-12 months.
Local Development Framework
Civica also offers an EDM LDF module to cater for the filing of policy comments.
A product to allow comments to be published to the web with appropriate search criteria will also be available withinin the next 12 months.
Land Charges
Civica offers an EDM and Workflow Land Charges modules to several customers including integration to CAPS UNI-form.
