Labelling supporting documents submitted by E-mail or Disc

When submitting supporting documents via our online facilities, email or disc, please ensure the individual documents/ files are clearly labelled, especially if you are sending the documents via a disc which may contain a large number of files or the whole case file.

This will greatly assist staff at the Inspectorate when they are working with the documents you have sent us.

If the documents sent on disc are not clearly labelled we will return the disc to you and request that you name each of the documents.
