Certificates of Approval of Commissioning Procedures. The Building Regulations 2000, regulation 20C and the Building Approved Inspectors etc) Regulations 2000, regulation 12C, require that the commissioning of fixed building services must be carried out according to a procedure approved by the Secretary of State. The two certificates below set out the procedures which for the time being have been approved:
