31/92 - The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications)(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992

These Regulations (SI 1992 No. 3052), made under section 303 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the 1990 Act), will come into force on 4 January 1993.

They increase the fees payable for planning applications made on or after that date.

They also make several other changes to the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations 1989 (SI 1989 No. 193).
