PCS navigation and help information

The Help text instructions for the on-line appeal forms have been written on the assumption that the user is using an orthodox right handed mouse.

Using the Back button doesn't always work as it should. You are advised to use the scroll bars and tab keys to navigate the forms.

A number of windows will open up at the same time when using some areas of the form i.e when creating new appellant/agent details.

You are advised that to save the appeal form regularly. (Use the 'Save' button at the bottom of the form) If you leave the form to go to another site part way through a form, you will lose the information you have input unless you have saved it.

If you get an icon bar displayed over any maps, it will not work because of our licence agreement with Ordnance Survey.

To get the best print of your form, set the print options to landscape

You cannot type into 'Create/Browse' fields. Click on the icon next to or below them.

You are reminded to read the guidance on how to make an appeal before you begin to fill in the on-line form.
