Withdrawing an appeal

Withdrawal of appeals can be done electronically, provided that it is done by way of an email, accompanied by an enclosure on the headed 'paper' of the appellant/appointed agent.

This will be acknowledged by an email back to the appellant/agent - to the e-mail address that has been provided to PCS, rather than the e-mail address from which the withdrawal e-mail has been sent - confirming that the appeal had been withdrawn in accordance with their instructions.
