The Planning Portal allows you to create, manage and submit your planning applications from your computer.

You can use the Portal to:

  • Identify the local authority for a development site
  • Check local restraints (if development plan is available online)
  • Create and submit your application

 

The Portal saves your applications so you can return to your work at any time - your applications are available from any internet-connected computer, 24*7.

All the supporting documentation you need to supply can be attached electronically. You can also use the Portal to create and attach a site location plan.

Workflow

The Planning Portal also offers simple but powerful workflow tools to allow offices of agents to co-ordinate their application submission process.
