EMAP Glenigan's database includes all planning application types unless specifically excluded below.
For the avoidance of doubt it should be made clear that the following are included in the database:

- Dutch Barns
- Electricity Sub-Stations

- Retention of existing
- Retrospective applications
- Variation/removal of conditions/details pursuant to
- Certificates of lawfulness
- Amendments
- Polytunnels
- Signage (advertising)
- Tree felling
- Kerb lowering
- Disabled access ramps/steps only (unless part of a bigger project)
- 11kv spurs/overhead wires
- Residential curtilage (private gardens)
- Minor car park works (= less than 25 spaces)
- Boundary fencing/walls/gates (unless security fencing)
- Access roads domestic
- Siting of caravans (however we do process applications for new/alterations to caravan parks)
- Satellite dishes
- Post boxes
- Temporary units (i.e. skips)
- Temporary change of use
- Covered trolley shelters
- LBC applications (if supported by a Full application on the same list)
- ATM machines
