Planning decisions

EMAP Glenigan does not track decisions on applications for works to single residential units that already exist i.e. house extensions or alterations.

EMAP Glenigan tracks all of the following applications until a decision is attained:

• All commercial projects (i.e. non-residential)
• Residential projects for 1 new unit or more.
