Scheduled Maintenance

Notification of scheduled maintenance on the Portal will be announced on this page.

For ease of use, notifications will detail proposed date of the shut-down or maintenance periods and which services will or will not be affected by the work.

Date Time Areas Affected 30th November - 1st December 23:45 – 00:45 Logging on, Applications, Development Plans and Appeals.

If there is a disruption to service which isn’t due to scheduled maintenance, please contact the Service Desk.

Other Related Services

The Planning Portal also provides links to the Planning Casework Service (PCS), which is run by the Planning Inspectorate. The normal service hours for the PCS are 5am to 2am each day.
