Local Development Scheme (LDS) Database

Every local authority in England is in the process of producing a new type of local plan - a Local Development Framework - as part of the government's reform process.

A key document in the Local Development Framework is the Local Development Scheme, which contains information about the timetable of production of key policy documents and statements of community involvement.

The information in this database has been taken from local development schemes published by local planning authorities in England.
