BLP provides a choice of New Homes Warranty products, ranging from the standard BLPSECURE structural policy for 10 years, through to the BLPSECUREPLUS package which also includes cover for non-structural components for up to 12 years.

BLP provides the only 1st party defects insurance that commences at practical completion of the property, and options include extensions for Contaminated Land and Health & Safety breaches of the Building Regulations. BLP’s policies are underwritten by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, a trading division of Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc.

No bonds, deposits or fees are required for registration, and BLP adopts a flexible approach to construction type, with particular expertise in innovative construction. Additionally, BLP’s ability to offer warranties on commercial properties means that mixed residential/commercial developments are welcome. Warranties for conversions can include cover for the original structure.

BLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
