Viewing Documents

Where appeal documents are available, there will be a link in the middle row of the table.  In the majority of cases, the only document available will be the decision – once made.

Please note: Most cases will not have all appeal documents available through the Documents screen.  These cases will have a “Read me” document published explaining the position.  Should you wish to see the appeal documentation, you should contact the council.

Once the decision has been made it will be published on the site.  The decision on the appeal will be available indefinitely, but any other published documents will be removed from view 6 weeks after the date of the decision.
