Recording your comments

Your comments can be typed directly into the box provided or alternatively you can attach a pre-prepared document, provided that it is no larger than 5MB and it is in an acceptable file format, using the browse facility.

*Submitting Plans

If you intend to attach plans to the forms, or send then in separately by e-mail, please ensure you indicate the paper size that the plan should be printed on.  This can be done by adding the paper size to the file name used to identify the plan i.e. proposedplan@A4.

This will help us to ensure plans are printed to the correct scale.

You can still send us documents larger than this, but will need to do so by e-mail, quoting the appeal reference number.  If you have any correspondence from the Inspectorate, the e-mail address to use will be at the top of the letter.  If you do not, you should check the ‘READ ME’ file published for the case and use the e-mail address for the team dealing with the council for the appeal.

To type your comments directly into the box provided click on the ‘the box below’ button:

You can then type your comments into the box provided.  The box will expand as necesary.

To use the browse facility, click on the ‘this document’ button, this will activate the browse facility:

The following screen will be displayed, showing the details from your computer:

Locate the document you wish to attach.  Once the document has been located, double click on the document to attach it to the form or click on the document name to highlight it, and then click on the ‘Open’ button.

The file path will be shown in the File Location field.  This will be used when you submit the form to locate and download the relevant document:

When your representations have been recorded or are attached they are ready to be submitted to us.
