Publishing appeal information

Please note that as a result of the Inspectorate's decision to suspend scanning and publishing (see entry dated 18 September 2006 under What's New), we are not publishing any more appeal documents online.  The decision on all appeals (other than those that are withdrawn) will be published.

A limited amount of personal information is currently made available through the online appeals service Search facility, on the Case Summary ie the name and address of the appellant and their agent (if any).

Viewing Documents

The appeal decision will be published online in PDF format.

PDF files can be viewed using Adobe's Acrobat Reader.  We recommend Version 7.  You can download Acrobat Reader free of charge from the Adobe website.
