SI 2008 2093 - The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 19991 so that they apply to applications for subsequent approval of matters under conditions attached to planning permissions.

These rules outline the procedures to be followed for local inquiries into 1) applications for planning permission or 2) the approval of local planning authorities for major developments deemed to have national or regional importance.
SI 2005 0206 - Town and Country Planning (Temporary Stop Notice)(England) Regulations 2005
These regulations restrict the use of temporary stop notices (TSNs) in certain circumstances against caravans used as a main residence.
SI 2004 2208 - The Town and Country Planning (Regional Planning Guidance as Revision of Regional Spatial Strategy) Order 2004
This Order sets out the schedule and steps taken towards the revision of the
Regional planning guidance (RPG).
SI 2004 2207 - The Town and Country Planning (Regions)(National Parks)(England) Order 2004
This Order explains that, in relation to the regional spatial strategy (RSS), the North York Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are treated as falling within the Yorkshire and Humber Region and that the Peak District National Park is treated as falling within the East Midlands Region.
SI 2004 2206 - The Town and Country Planning (Initial Regional Spatial Strategy)(England) Regulations 2004
These Regulations list the regional planning guidance (RPG) for each region that is to become the regional spatial strategy (RSS) for that region.
SI 2004 2205 - The Town and Country Planning (Transitional Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2004
Part 2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 changes the local development planning system in England. These Regulations cover transitional arrangements that will apply as the changes are brought into effect.
SI 2004 2204 - The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004
Part 2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (PCPA) establishes a new system of local development planning. It applies only to England. Local planning of the development and use of land is presently dealt with local plans, unitary development plans and structure plans. Part 2 provides that these plans will be replaced by local development documents.
SI 2004 2203 - The Town and Country Planning (Regional Planning) (England) Regulations 2004
Part 1 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (PCPA) establishes a new system of regional development planning. It applies only to England. Regional planning of the development and use of land is presently dealt with by administrative means. Part 1 PCPA and these Regulations place regional planning on a statutory footing.
SI 2002 2686 - The Town and Country Planning (Enforcement)(Inquiries Procedure)(England) Rules 2002
These Rules set out the procedures to be followed for local inquiries into:
(a) appeals against enforcement notices, (b) appeals against the refusal or non-determination of an application for a certificate of lawful use or development and (c) appeals against listed building enforcement notices and conservation area
enforcement notices.
SI 2002 2685 - The Town and Country Planning (Enforcement) (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2002
These Rules set out the procedures to be followed for local inquiries held by inspectors appointed by the Secretary of State into:
(a) appeals against enforcement notices, (b) appeals against the refusal or non-determination of an application for a certificate of lawful use or development and (c) appeals against listed building enforcement notices and conservation area

These Regulations re-enact with amendments the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement Notices and Appeals) Regulations 1991, especially in relation to the contents of enforcement notices, the procedures to be followed in relation to appeals against them, as well as appeals against listed building and conservation areas enforcement notices.

These Regulations lay down the procedures and time limits for appeals against
certain planning decisions in the form of written representations. They revoke and replace, with amendments, the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) Regulations 1987.
