Circular 04/08: Planning-related Fees
This Circular provides guidance on the changes to the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, as amended by the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) Order 2008 (SI 2008 No 550) and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008 No 551).
The amendments introduce a Standard Application Form for planning permission and other associated consent regimes and validation requirements for additional information to accompany applications. The changes are designed to streamline and provide more certainty for the planning application process
