Regional Account Management team

Led by Scott Alford, the Regional Account Management team works alongside Local Planning Authorities to help them through the ongoing transformation of the planning system in England and Wales.

Through consultation, guidance and understanding of LPAs’ needs, the team has played a major role in the Portal’s success to date. With the Transformational Delivery team, its aim for the next few years is to increase the volume of applications that pass through the Planning Portal, through addressing the needs and concerns of our LPA partners.
