Technical and Operations team

Working alongside the Portal’s main IT contractor, the Technical and Operations team led by Chris Jones is responsible for ensuring the stability and flexibility of the technical infrastructure on which the Planning Portal is built. It also provides first-class, front-line technical support for all public, professional and Government users.
