Planning Inspectorate seeks non-salaried Inspectors

The Planning Inspectorate is advertising for new non-salaried Inspectors to register with them from January 2009.

Interest is invited from anyone with a professional qualification related to planning, who is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
 
Non-salaried Inspectors will already have other clients or work for a Limited Company through which the Inspectorate can contract for their services. These Inspectors will work on a consultancy basis for the Planning Inspectorate to decide Planning Appeals.
