Premier Guarantee

Premier Guarantee provides a 10 year Latent Defects Warranty for New Housing Developments. The warranty covers new build or conversions for rent or sale by the Social or Private Housing Sector. They can provide cover during the construction period in the event the developer becomes insolvent prior and during construction. Once complete for the first two years the Developer is required to put right any defect that may occur. In years 3-10 Premier Guarantee provides cover for just the structural element of the property and deals directly with the policyholder. They can also provide insurance for Contaminated Land if required. Premier Guarantee offers a wide range of schemes that includes warranties for developments in Ireland, Self Build, Completed Housing, Commercial Properties and Channel Island properties.
