Planning guidance reforms confirmed
Planning minister Nick Boles has confirmed in Parliament that the Government will press ahead with changes to the suite of technical planning guidance in line with the recommendations of the review carried out by Lord Taylor.

Pickles backs Leicestershire housing development
Communities Secretary Eric Pickles has granted outline planning permission on appeal to Jelson Homes for a 300-home residential scheme at Barrow Upon Soar, Leicestershire, originally refused by Charnwood Borough Council against the advice of officials.
