Guide to the application overview page
Hello and welcome to our series of guides to the online application process.
This video will introduce you to the 'Application Overview' screen. The application overview shows you the status of your current application.
The first part of the overview is the 'Application details' panel. This displays your application's name, type, local authority and its reference number.
Next to that is the 'Application completion status'. This shows which parts of your application are complete or incomplete.
The sections in the 'Application completion status' box correspond to the tabs above. Clicking on one of the sections or tabs will take you to that part of the application.
For example, clicking on the 'Documentation' link or 'Supporting Docs' tab will take you to the supporting documents section. Notice that the tabs show you which section of the application you are in.
If you wish to return to the 'Application overview' at any point just click on the 'Overview' tab.
If you want to download a printable copy of your application forms, click on the 'Print entire application' link just below the 'Application completion status' box.
This will download a PDF to your computer which will also include any details you have entered on the forms.
