Bespoke programmes are for inquiries that the time scales for all steps up to and including the inquiry have been agreed by all main parties for the entirety of the case, and which may differ from the published guidelines set out in the Inquiry Procedure rules.
Bespoke timetables for appeals and called-in planning applications, that have yet to be determined, are published on the Planning Portal. They can be viewed by using the 'Search for a Case' facility.
