The Online Appeal Service is developed and managed by the Planning Inspectorate - the government agency that runs the appeals process in England and Wales.
You can use our Service to make an appeal, search for an appeal and comment on an appeal.
Details of appeals we receive, whether submitted on paper or online, will be published on the Planning Portal and will be accessible through our Search facility.
